Animal ID Microchip Hand Reader

I volunteer at a rescue clinic, and this scanner has made intake checks so much faster. The display is bright and readable even in our hectic exam room, and it weighs almost nothing during long sessions. Finally stopped guessing which pets weren't chipped.

I foster a lot of older shelter pets, so I was tired of hauling them to the clinic just to check a chip. This reader is so light I keep it in my jacket pocket, and it pulls up the ID number within a second of touching the scruff.

The display lights up fast and the readings are spot-on—I tested it against my vet's scanner and the numbers matched exactly. It's light enough to carry in my pocket on walks, which is perfect for checking strays in the neighborhood.
